Privacy policy

When you text, call or email us: your name, phone number, email address, the address of the job, and any photos or details you send about what needs to go.

When you use our booking form: the job details, photos, preferred time, name, phone number, email and address you enter. The form isn't connected to our systems yet. What you type is saved only in your own browser, so you don't lose your place, and it reaches us only if you choose to send it by text or email. Photos stay on your device until you send them.

When you visit the website: our website host and Google's advertising tools can receive technical information such as your IP address, browser, device type, the pages you visit, and whether you arrived from one of our ads.

• To keep billing and tax records
• To see whether our ads are working, and to show our ads to people who have visited this site

We don't sell your personal information.

This site uses the Google Ads tag. Once you interact with a page, or right away if you arrived from one of our ads, it can set cookies such as _gcl_au and _gcl_aw and send information to Google. That lets us see which ads lead to customers, and lets Google show our ads to people who have visited this site when they're on other websites.

You can read how Google uses this information, turn off personalized ads in My Ad Center, or block cookies in your browser settings. The site works without them.

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed:

• Cloudflare, which hosts this website
• Microsoft, which handles our email
• Google, for advertising and measuring our ads
• Your phone carrier and ours, for calls and texts

These companies may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of those countries. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

We keep your information only as long as we need it for your job and any follow-up questions. Billing and tax records are kept for as long as the law requires.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including password-protected accounts and encrypted connections on this website. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send us anything more sensitive than your job needs.

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, unless we have to keep it by law. You can also tell us to stop contacting you about anything other than a job in progress.
